AudioVisual Specifics

Your presentation room DOES have:

  • an LCD projector
  • screen
  • podium with a microphone

Your presentation room DOES NOT have:

  • a laptop, you will need to bring your own laptop to connect to the projector
  • sound
  • Internet access
  • wireless mics
  • remote for the slide projector or a laser pointer, you may bring your own with you

If you anticipate any other audio-visual needs for your session, this will be at the cost of the presenters. Please contact Michelle Pierson at michelle.pierson@scup.org before August 1, 2010 to make arrangements.

Room Set

The concurrent session presentation room set-up is theater-style with one screen placed in the front of the room, and audio-visual equipment situated appropriately. A standing podium with a microphone will be available. Workshop rooms will be set in round banquet-style tables to better enable interaction.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any other room set.
