AudioVisual Specifics and Room Sets

Your room comes equipped with an LCD projector, screen and a podium with a microphone. You will need to bring your own laptop to connect to the projector.

If you would like a remote for the slide projector or a laser pointer for your session, you will need to bring your own with you.

The standard meeting room set-up is theater-style with one screen placed in the front of the room, and audio-visual equipment situated appropriately. A standing podium with a microphone will be available.
