Modern library buildings face a considerable number of technological challenges and competing needs for resources. This design workshop is intended to describe a wide variety of planning, design and implementation issues based on current and future trends in technology integration, as well as giving "real-world" examples of some current library projects around the USA and the world.

Dialog will be encouraged between the presenters and the attendees.
