Reservations

The SCUP rate at the Westin for accommodations during the conference is $185 CDN. The cutoff date for reservations is Friday, September 26, 2003, so make your reservations early to ensure availability. Call 1.888.625.5144 for the Westin's (Starwood Hotels and Resorts) reservation line. We advise that you make hotel reservations and request a hotel confirmation number before confirming flight arrangements. Be sure to say you are attending the Society for College and University Planning conference to ensure the special rate. Check-in time is 3:00pm; checkout time is 1:00pm.

• Click on Meeting Planner in the toolbar at the bottom of the page
• Click on Attend a Meeting in the text at the bototm of the page
• Enter Ottawa in the city field and Your Meeting Code: 4998 (do NOT enter province/state or country) and then press Continue
• Click on Ontario
• Choose The Westin Ottawa, this will bring you to a new screen
• Click on Reservations at top right of screen (in orange box)
• Enter selected dates and information
• Confirmation appears at the end and we also offer an email confirmation

The hotel offers valet parking at a charge of $25 CDN per day with unlimited in and out access at no extra charge. Hotel guests may also park in the underground city lot (adjacent to hotel) at a rate of $10 CDN per day.

Driving Directions

From Montreal (West)
Take Highway 40 West to 417 West Junction at the Ontario/Quebec border. Take 417 West to the Nicholas Street Exit. At the third set of lights, make a left onto Daly Street. Continue to the end of Daly Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.

From New York (South)
Take Highway 401 East to Highway 16 North, which becomes 416 North. Take 417 East to the Nicholas Street Exit. At the third set of lights, make a left onto Daly Street. Continue to the end of Daly Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.

From North Bay (North)
Take Highway 17 East, which becomes 417 East. Take 417 East to the Nicholas Street Exit. At the third set of lights, make a left onto Daly Street. Continue to the end of Daly Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.

From Toronto (East)
Take Highway 401 East to Highway 16 North, which becomes 416 North. Take 417 East to the Nicholas Street Exit. At the third set of lights, make a left onto Daly Street. Continue to the end of Daly Street and the hotel will be on the right hand side.

Ground Transportation

Airport Shuttle provides one-way shuttle service from the airport to the hotel at a rate of $12.00 CDN. You may also prepay for a round-trip fare of $20.00 CDN. For reservations, call (613) 260-2359. Taxis are also available with an approximate charge of $25 CDN from the airport to the hotel.
