Deadlines
Cancellations must be received in writing by Midnight (Eastern Time) April 19, 2013 to receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per person. No refunds will be granted after April 19, 2013. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and funds committed by purchase order must be paid in full by the first day of the event. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of received written notification. *To ensure all conference materials are onsite and ready for you, we are closing online registration earlier than normal. Don't forget to allow a little more time for your own travel plans. See you at the conference. |
