Pre-Registration (Online, Fax, Mail, and Cancellations)	October 26, 2012

Cancellations must be received in writing by Midnight (Eastern Time) October 26, 2012 to receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee per person. No refunds will be granted after October 26, 2012. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and funds committed by purchase order must be paid in full by the first day of the event. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of received written notification.
