The Community College of Allegheny County is opening a new state-of-the art center in the suburbs of Pittsburgh for technical career training. The suburban location is poorly served by mass transit and somewhat remote from the urban communities that could benefit from the technical programs to be offered at this location. Presenters will discuss collaborations with community stakeholders to increase public transportation and resolve issues of equity and access.
