The guest room rate for SCUP conference guests is $149
(plus tax, currently 16.99%) for single and double

Planning Institute in order to get our special conference rate.
In order to be guaranteed the group rate, you must make your
reservation by Thursday, April 10, 2008.

A deposit equal to one night's stay for each of the
confirmed rooms is required upon making your
reservation to guarantee your room. Deposits may be
made via check, money order or valid credit card. All
deposits for individual room reservations are fully
refundable if a room is canceled 24 hours or more prior
to arrival date. Name changes to room reservations may
be made prior to arrival at no charge.

Check in time is 4:00 PM, and check out is at Noon.
