When making your reservation, mention the SCUP Institute in order to get the special conference rate.

In order to be guaranteed the group rate, you must make your reservation by Thursday, December 26, 2013. SCUP conference hotel rates are available three days prior and three days post conference dates on a space availability basis.

Room Rate

$199 single/double

Rate does not include tax (currently 15.27%), nor required daily resort fee of $10.95 USD.

The resort fee includes:

• Airport transportation
• In-room coffee and tea service
• High-speed wireless Internet connection
• Local and 1-800 telephone calls made from your guest room
• Receipt of faxes through the hotel's front desk
• Use of the hotel's workout facility between the hours of 6:00 AM–10:00 PM
• Delivery of the USA Today to your guest room door Monday through Friday.

Transportation

Closest Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX)

Complimentary Airport Transportation: As a courtesy to its guests, Tempe Mission Palms offers complimentary airport transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport from 5:30 AM–10:30 PM. The airport is conveniently located just four miles from the hotel. For incoming guests, collect your luggage from your flight and then locate the Mission Palms courtesy phone in the baggage claim area. The hotel will notify you of the shuttle pickup location. For guests leaving the hotel, the shuttle departs the main lobby every half hour from 5:30 AM–10:00 PM. If it is more convenient, you may also take a taxi cab at a fare of approximately $18 USD.

Ground-level and valet parking is available on the property and both are complimentary to hotel guests

There is a business center on the premises, and hours are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Tempe Mission Palms offers a fully-equipped fitness center located on the rooftop terrace, along with a lighted tennis court. Exercise equipment includes treadmills, stair steppers, bicycles, and a full range of Nautilus equipment. Free weights are also available. The dramatic rooftop pool features twin spas and spectacular views of downtown Tempe and ASU's "A" Mountain.
