Michael H. Hites provides leadership, vision, strategy, overall management, and accountability for enterprise-wide Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) within the University of Illinois' multi-campus environment. He ensures the quality, transparency, customer orientation, and timeliness of AITS services. Previously, Hites led university strategic planning and information technology for New Mexico State University's (NMSU) five-campus land-grant system of 27,000 students. He was responsible for system-level IT policy, information services, telephone and data networks, application development, training, system administration, PC services, institutional research, distance education services, and advising to NMSU leadership.

Director of Institutional Planning, Policy & Effectiveness
Angelo State University
Crystal Braden is the director of institutional effectiveness at Angelo State University (ASU). She is the chief administrator of the integrated software package, Strategic Planning Online (SPOL), which is being used at ASU to integrate the planning process with budget and resource allocation as well as accreditation and program assessment. She has provided and/or cooperated with all training associated with the implementation of SPOL on the ASU Campus. Braden holds bachelors and masters degrees from Texas Tech University in animal science and has worked for the USDA and in the private sector dealing with project planning and regulatory compliance as well as teaching biology, microbiology, and anatomy as an adjunct faculty member.

Director of facilities planning and construction for Angelo State University (ASU), John Russell manages between $30,000,000 and $50,000,000 in projects on the ASU campus annually. He is responsible for all capital planning and improvements on property owned or managed by ASU and coordinates real estate acquisitions and leases for the university. Russell worked in commercial construction and development for 20 years prior to joining ASU. He is a graduate of the SCUP Planning Institute and is a member of several higher education associations.
