How do I log onto My SCUP?

First, click the "Log In" link located at the top, right corner of most SCUP web pages.

Second, type in your SCUP username and password on the login page.

What is my SCUP username?

Your username could be a set of numbers, a set of letters, or a combination of both.  If your username is only a number, then it is your SCUP ID.

Your SCUP username is unique to you.

How do I recover my username and/or password to login?

On the login page, click on the link, "Forgot your username and password?"

How do I log out of My SCUP?

Click on the "Logout" button located in the upper, right corner of most SCUP web pages.

How do I know if I'm already logged into My SCUP?

Your name will appear in the upper, right corner of most SCUP web pages.

How can I update my communication preferences so that I only receive emails from SCUP on the topics and events that I am interested in?

• Click on "My Profile".
• Select "Communication Preferences".
• Click on the link, "Edit My Communication Preferences".
• In the first list, uncheck the boxes next to communications you no longer wish to receive.
• In the second list, check the boxes next to communications you wish to receive from regions other than your own.
• Click on "Save". Your update is effective immediately.

How can I change my address, phone, or email?

• Click on "My Profile".
• Select "Contact Information".
• Click on the link, "Edit Your Contact Information".
• Make your changes in the appropriate boxes. Note that you are not allowed to modify your name. Contact membership@scup.org if you wish to change the name on your membership.
• Click on "Save". Your update is effective immediately.

How can I update my demographic information?

• Click on "My Profile".
• Select "Demographic Information".
• Click on the link, "Edit Your Demographic Information".
• Make your changes in the appropriate boxes.
• Click on "Save". Your update is effective immediately.

How is my demographic information used by SCUP?

The information gathered in the demographic section of My SCUP is not published or shared on an individual basis, but aggregated with all other members to aid the board and staff in making decisions about the types of products and services to provide and where to spend marketing dollars to increase membership from underrepresented institutions.

How do I change my password for My SCUP?

We suggest that you change your temporary password

• Click on "My Profile".
• Select "Login Information".
• Click on the link, "Edit My Log-In Information".
• Click on "Change" next to password.
• Enter in your old or temporary password, then enter your new password and confirm it.
• Click on "Save". Your update is effective immediately.

How can I tell if my membership is current?

• Click on "My Profile".
• Select "Membership Information".
• Your membership status, membership type, join date, lapse date are published on this page. If you are part of a group, then your main contact and other group members are listed. The information on this page is generated from your member record and cannot by edited by you.  Contact SCUP Member Services at membership@scup.org if you see an error in the information.

How can I add a workshop or tour to an existing conference registration?

• Click on "My Transactions".
• Click on "Edit". You can only edit a registration prior to an event. You can also see a list of past events that you attended.

How can I get a copy of a receipt?

• Click on "My Transactions".
• Scroll down to the "My Orders" section of the page.
• Click on "View". A receipt will open in a new window.
• Print receipt.

What else can I do in My SCUP?

My Conference Activities: If you are a presenter or convener, you'll be able to access information on your conference sessions.

My CEU Certificates: If you have acquired continuing education credits, you can print and save your certificates. Events before July 2011 do not have CEU certificates available online. If you need a certificate from an event not listed on the page, contact Michelle Pierson for regional certificates or Sadie Wutka for annual conference certificates and other events (including AICP, GBCI, NASBA).
