Role: The regional representative appoints the communications chair. The communications chair assumes leadership of the communications team. The communications chair and their team are responsible for providing information to SCUP staff to craft communications with SCUP members on a regional basis through the SCUP web site, newsletters, and social media etc.

Responsibilities:

Appoint a communications team to assist with communications to SCUP members on a regional basis.

Participate in regional council meetings, regional conferences and programs, and the annual international conference as much as possible.
