Nominating Committee

Description

Solicits and screens nominations for the annual election of officers, regional representatives, and at-large directors. The committee's recommended slate includes at least two candidates for each open position on the ballot, subject to the approval by the board of directors. The committee is chaired by the immediate past president and includes a member from each region as well as one other past president.
