Institutional Direction Academy

Description

The academies are responsible for developing the concurrent session program content for SCUP's annual international conference. Members participate in a peer review of submitted proposals for presentation, and develop sessions to address issues of importance to their constituents and the higher education planning community.

INSTITUTIONAL DIRECTION ACADEMY: Focuses on the strategic elements of institutional planning, and developing integrative skills and knowledge for the highest and broadest level of decision making. Topics include strategic planning, change management, partnerships, and leadership.
