Knowledge from SCUP

Knowledge can come to professionals in many ways. Within SCUP, the three most traditional ways have been attendance at conferences and workshops, networking with colleagues at those events, and from scanning or reading our peer-reviewed journal, Planning for Higher Education.

In the past decade, more and more knowledge and information is obtainable via the Internet and through compilations of information stored in searchable, interactive databases. Those kinds of resources are mostly what this portion of SCUP's website is all about. Available here are such resources as our list of higher education news media links; a list of other higher education association links; our job postings database where you can read and/or post positions; our page of information about extant RFPs and RFQs of interest; our database of 4,000+ Internet items of interest (including plans and articles); the Planning for Higher Education database, which you can search among nearly 2,000 items for articles from our journal, or for annotated citations to articles in other journals.

SCUP publishes a popular quarterly report on Trends in Higher Education

Note: In some of these databases, mostly notable the job postings and the archived SCUP Links, any user (That's you!) can add new items at any time. Please do! Thanks.
