Under the direction of the Vice President of Community Engagement and Executive Director of the Nicolet College Foundation, the Scholarship and Donor Relations Coordinator manages the Nicolet College Foundation student assistance programs. This position works closely with the Executive Director of the Foundation and employees to build relationships within the community by identification, cultivation, and stewardship, of alumni, individuals, businesses, and other organizations. This position also works closely with students and requires on-site presence.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates possess an Associate Degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; 3 years’ experience in a foundation/development environment or other related business function; and 2 years’ work experience using personal computers and associated standard office software and basic customer service standards.
The ideal candidate also possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Philanthropic Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; 5 years’ experience in a foundation/development environment or other related business function; working knowledge of Giftworks or other similar donor database; and working knowledge of Academic Works or other similar scholarship program.
