Learn how your product or service can help everyone involved! Opportunities in The CornerExhibit BoothsReserve a 10'x10', 10'x20', or 20'x20' booth! They are furnished with carpeting, two chairs, six-foot draped table, wastebasket, ID sign, three-foot high sidewalls and eight-foot high back wall. From your online exhibitor kit, you can order additional items such as furniture, electrical services, modems, electronic equipment, plants, labor, and material handling from GES and the David L Lawrence Convention Center (DLLCC). We provide 24-hour security from set-up through tear down providing reasonable protection of materials and displays. You may obtain additional security services at your own expense. You may hold drawings or raffles and we will provide a board for posting winners. SCUP does not provide lead retrieval services. Take Five! KioskReserve one button or all five buttons at the kiosks to showcase your services, a single project, five projects at one institutions or several, or five lab, library, athletic, housing, landscape, etc. projects. Send us your 5-minute PowerPoint presentation or video that we can preload on a laptop for display on a large monitor with speakers where attendees walk up, select one of the buttons (presentations) and listen or watch them. You can include a QR code in the presentation so attendees can scan it for more information. You do not need to be at the kiosk or even at the conference (!) but you can still be there virtually. Purchase as many buttons as you like. Learn This!You can give a 30-minute how-to presentation on topics such as how to an RFP, create a survey, grant writing tips, how to organization a groundbreaking ceremony, energy adults, project photography, etc. We will provide a draped area with a presenter podium, 40 chairs, microphone, and monitor for your presentation or video. Interactive Displays or ModelsReserve one or four corners of this 20'x20' area to set up displays or models where attendees can walk up and move pieces around on a campus such as buildings, landscape, athletic facilities, etc. You provide a base map of the campus and indicate constraints such as rivers and wetlands, campus edges, historical sites, parking, roads, safety, and topography. Be there to answer questions or give guidance, if you like. Make Your Point!Reserve one of six five-minute time slots to present a project, lessons learned, new tips, or ideas in this fast-paced, 30-minute time slot. Microphone and projector provided. Vendor PresentationShare your knowledge using case studies or projects as evidence of your success. The intent of these sessions is educational, and not a promotion for your firm. Distribution of firm brochures or other materials is prohibited. After your topic and abstract is submitted and reviewed, you will be notified regarding its acceptance.
