Athletic Club: The Pool and Whirlpool are complimentary for all registered guests. Additional services available for $10 USD per day include: cardio-vascular, free weights and weight lifting equipment. Licensed massage therapists, registered dieticians and fitness trainers are available daily. The executive tower has its own fitness room on the 11th floor.

Conference rates will be applicable three days prior to and after the meeting,
subject to availability. The cutoff date for reservations is June 27, 2009, but we
encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure availability, as space will fill quickly. Please don't overlook the preconference workshops on Saturday and Sunday, when planning your arrival!

Early Departure Fee: An early checkout fee of $50 will applied if you depart prior to the departure date confirmed upon check-in.
