Why
Sponsor?
Your organization has the opportunity to contribute to the continued
success of the society's annual conference and gain visibility by
becoming a conference sponsor. You can reach a large portion of the
audience—your clients—from all types of organizations and institutions.
We offer a variety of our most popular sponsorship opportunities and
have created some new ones that will provide more visibility for your
firm. Depending upon your organization's interest, budget, and
marketing goals, we want to work with you to help you make the most of
your marketing dollars.
Your Benefits
- Electronic
labels for entire membership or preregistered SCUP–39 attendees (as of
June 7, 2004)
- Listing in
preliminary, final, and sponsorship program
- Listing on
SCUP's Web page
- Recognition at
the conference: signage and verbal
- Because SCUP is
classified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization, you may claim your
sponsorship as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.
Use of Logos
Use of either the SCUP logo or the SCUP–39 Conference logo on any
promotional products or material must be approved by the SCUP Central
Office. Contact us and we'll send you an electronic copy.

at that time by check or credit card or ask SCUP to send you an
invoice.
