SCUP–39, Sponsorship and Visibility Opportunities

Why Sponsor?
Your organization has the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the society's annual conference and gain visibility by becoming a conference sponsor. You can reach a large portion of the audience—your clients—from all types of organizations and institutions. We offer a variety of our most popular sponsorship opportunities and have created some new ones that will provide more visibility for your firm. Depending upon your organization's interest, budget, and marketing goals, we want to work with you to help you make the most of your marketing dollars.

• Electronic labels for entire membership or preregistered SCUP–39 attendees (as of June 7, 2004)
• Listing in preliminary, final, and sponsorship program
• Listing on SCUP's Web page
• Recognition at the conference: signage and verbal
• Because SCUP is classified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization, you may claim your sponsorship as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.

Payment Schedule
When you make your sponsorship selection, you may submit your payment at that time by check or credit card or ask SCUP to send you an invoice.
