Exhibitor Selection and Booth Assignment
The Expo for SCUP–39 will be located in the Sheraton Hall and Vide Lobby in the Lower Concourse of the Sheraton Centre Hotel. We have made every attempt to lay out the floor plan so you will have minimal impact from the columns. The Vide Lobby is just outside of the main exhibit hall but attendees must pass through that area to get into the Sheraton Hall. Exhibitors are selected based on the applicability of their products and/or services to SCUP's higher education community. Click here to view the expo floor plan.

If the application to exhibit is not accepted, the deposit received with the application will be refunded in full. Notice of cancellation must be in writing to the SCUP Central Office on or before June 1, 2004. Refunds will not be granted after June 1, 2004, unless all booth space has been sold and all cancelled space is resold.

Decorator and Exhibitor Kits
GES Canada is the official decorator for the Expo. They will set up each 8' x 10' booth with blue and white draped 8' backwalls and 3' sidewalls. NOTE: Booths 15-22 and 80-83 will have 3' backwalls and an 8' sidewall between booths to open up the entry area and the seating along the back wall (see floor plan). You will receive a 7" x 44" identification sign with booth number and company name, one skirted 6' x 2' table, two chairs and wastebasket. You will receive an exhibitor kit from GES in April 2004 which will include information on ordering furniture, electrical services, telephone, plants, labor, and shipping. You will be able to place your order online or by fax or phone. To contact the decorator, write or call:

Security
SCUP will provide 24-hour security during set-up, the show and break-down, July 17–20, 2004 and will exercise reasonable care for the protection of exhibitor materials and displays. Exhibitors desiring special security precautions may arrange for private guard services at their own expense.

Raffle Prize Drawings
Raffle prizes are welcome for drawings held during the times the Expo is open. You may award your prizes during the Expo or mail them to the winners. In addition, we will hold a wine raffle in the Expo during the Wine & Cheese Party, similar to past years. We will not be making loudspeaker announcements of winners to avoid disruption of conversations taking place.

SCUP–39 Attendees
SCUP's membership of more than 4,500 represents the leaders and decision-makers of higher education. The annual international conference brings together presidents, vice-presidents, provosts, directors of facilities, research, finance, information technology, and other planning disciplines from all types of colleges, universities and related organizations. More than 1,200 attendees are expected at SCUP–39. Exhibitors have opportunities to share their products, projects, and services with these leaders, and explore emerging trends and issues in higher education planning.
