The Transformation of Linfield College
Presenter(s): Thomas A. Bauer, BOORA Architects Inc; Carl B. Vance, Linfield College
Thanks to the acquisition of an adjacent Hewlett-Packard manufacturing facility, Linfield College, in McMinnville, Oregon, has more than doubled in size. Presenters will describe the innovative, strategic, financial, and master planning strategies which currently yield outstanding new educational facilities that seemed unattainable just a few years ago. In addition, retail, residential, and other mixed use opportunities with the development of a 28-acre shopping center are being planned to generate sustaining entrepreneurial revenue. |

| Due to our concern for the privacy of members of the face-to-face audiences at SCUP37, our digital archives of SCUP37 presentations end at the beginning of the question and answer portion of each session. Whenever we can, we not only provide streaming audio but the slide show or visual presentation used by the presenters, as well. |
