Dealing with Values, Environmental Scanning, and Institutional Research: Making a Viable University

The process of mission and vision development at the Universidad de Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico will be described in this session. Special attention is given to the human process that these tasks involved, along with the environmental and institutional research processes. Presenters will conclude with their observations about an integrated planning process.
