Presenter(s): Victor Meyer, Jr., Instituto de Estudos e Projetos de Educacao Superior; J. P. Murphy, DePaul University
This session will present the planning results of a new master of science degree program in higher education administration offered in Brazil (and the U. S.) by a partnership of three institutions. The program is professional, interdisciplinary, practical, international, and is not housed in a school of education. Presenters will address the program's uniqueness, how it responds to markets (dinosaurs, gazelles, and tigers), methodologies, distance learning, and the stages of planning and development. |
