SCUP–43 timing provides a bonus: If you're a fan of fireworks, then you will be getting more than you bargained for when you planned to come to SCUP's conference in Montreal. The 2008 Montreal Fireworks Competition will have competitors displaying their skills while you're in town. (It is possible to view without purchasing a ticket.) Depending on your schedule you might enjoy the the Australian entrant's display on Saturday night, July 19, or the Canadian entrant—scheduled for Wednesday, July 23.
