A valid credit card is required. One night's lodging will be billed to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours before arrival without penalty. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Conference rates will be applicable three days prior to and after the meeting, subject to availability. The cutoff date for reservations is June 29, 2008, but we encourage you to make your reservations early to ensure availability, as space will fill quickly. Please don't overlook the preconference workshops on Saturday and Sunday, when planning your arrival!

Currently, a 3 percent lodging tax plus 5 percent Goods and Services Tax (GST) plus 7 percent Provincial State Tax (PST) are applicable to the room rate. Such taxes are subject to change without notice. Extra person charge is $30.00 (CDN) per night. $30.00 (CDN) per person charge is for additional bedding. Children under 18 may stay for free in their parent’s room using existing bedding.
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to hold the reservation. Personal check, money order or a valid American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Card or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date are acceptable. Cancellations made prior to two workings days prior to arrival and obtaining a cancellation number will be given a full refund of the deposit.
All guest rooms feature High Speed Internet Access ($14.75 CDN per day) and are equipped with an in-room safe that is large enough to store a laptop computer. Multi-lingual concierge services and our lobby coffee bar, are conveniently located lobby level. A completely renovated and totally redesigned business centre is located on level "A" as well as an ATM, beauty salon, exquisite jewelry boutique, and gift and sundry shop that offers newspapers and a wide selection of regional souvenirs and tasty delights.
