Rates are subject to change after July 1, 2003. Membership begins the month
the application is received for a period of one year (i.e. join date 2/7/2003
expired on 1/31/2004).

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to +1.425.636.1630 and are
subject to a $75 US processing fee. Cancellations received after July 1
and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued within
30 days after the conference.
