    REFUND POLICY Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to +1.425.636.1630 and are subject to a $75 US processing fee. Cancellations received after July 1 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference. QUESTIONS?
